Mothers for All is delighted to announce the establishment of Mothers for All Sweden by Maria Littorin, who has visited the project in Botswana. While the Mothers for All jewellery is now available at two Swedish shops - Svenskt Tenn and Accessora - the most successful and fun route for selling the jewellery and telling the story behind the project has been through house parties and office visits. This has also provided an excellent opportunity to get direct feedback about the different product designs for the Swedish market.

At one recent house party 15 women had loads of fun trying on the jewellery and everyone left bedecked in colourful paper beads.  Maria wrote, “The women love the jewellery and they love the project. The beads sell themselves.” Office visits have also proved extremely successful with over €1,250 (12 000 Botswana pula) worth of jewellery being sold within two hours at the most recent office visit. Three women have now volunteered to help sell the jewellery and orders from Sweden keep coming through, keeping our mothers extremely busy and able to save money to celebrate Christmas and their changed circumstances.  Thank you Mothers for All Sweden and for more information about this project please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
